Bob Gobin - President
A native of Colorado, Bob is a graduate of Rocky Ford High School. He attended Colorado State University-Fort Collins and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing with a minor in Accounting.After graduating from CSU, he relocated in Rocky Ford and worked for the Rocky Ford Savings and Loan as a loan officer for two years.The next two years were spent at Grimsley-White and Associates, CPA in the Small Business Consulting Division.In 1977 he began working in the family business with his mother and brother and has been with Gobin’s Inc. for 31 years.
As President, he is responsible for the day to day operations, long range planning and community representation.In 2001, he was recognized as the Charles W. Crews Business Leader of the Year by the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce In addition, he has served on the Parkview Medical Center, Parkview Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, Pueblo City and County Library and the IBPI Board of Directors. He has served on IBM’s Presidents Advisory Board and Minolta’s Advisory Board. He is currently serving on the Copier Dealer’s of America Board and the Southern Colorado National Bank Board of Directors. Bob enjoys golf, travel and spending time with wife and family.
Ted Del Duca – Divisions Manager
Ted’s career at Gobin’s, Inc. began in 1984. From his initial position at Gobin’s, he was soon promoted to Branch Manager, and then to Corporate Marketing Manager. Ted is well known for his creativity in both design and business. Ted is a Colorado Native and a graduate of the University of Colorado where he completed degrees in Business Administration, Small Business Management and Business Entrepreneurship. In addition, he is currently pursuing a PhD in marketing. During his 25 year tenure at Gobin’s, Ted has been very active in the Pueblo community, serving on many non-profit boards. He is intricately involved in the furniture design industry through his multiple positions on dealer councils for industry leaders such as Kimball Office Group and Groupe Lacasse. Ted met his wife, Dr. Maureen Key, a Pueblo surgeon, through his work. They have one daughter, Taylor and the family enjoys traveling adventures and researching their family history. A lifelong resident of Southern Colorado, Ted enjoys many outdoor activities.
David Barrows–Alamosa Location Manager/Asst Corp Sales
Dave was born and raised in Northern Arizona as well as in the office supply, furnishing, and technology industry. Dave’s career at Gobin’s, Inc. began in 1994 as an outside salesperson in Alamosa. As he grew, his knowledge and responsibilities at Gobin’s did as well. He was promoted to Branch Manager in 1996 and assumed a second position as Assistant Corporate Technology Sales Manager in 2006. He has been instrumental in growing the Alamosa area customer base. Through Dave’s ingenuity and foresight he is reducing his clients printing expenses with a Managed Print Services program known as PrintWise. Dave is well known for his depth of contract furnishing projects throughout the San Luis Valley. His exceptionally loyal personality and unique creativity offer taste in both design and business ethics. During his 15 year tenure at Gobin’s, Dave has been extremely active in Alamosa and the surrounding communities, serving on many non-profit boards including his current seat on the Adams State College Grizzly Club Board. He is respected in the furniture design industry through his long time relationships with industry leaders such as Kimball Office Group and Groupe LaCasse. Dave and his four sons enjoy family time together at sporting events, snowboarding, or a simple game of basketball in the driveway.
